How Are Personal Data Collected by the Responsible Party?

Personal data are information that can identify a person, such as name, email address, or phone number, as well as details about culinary preferences or dietary restrictions, the purpose of the request, or which web pages someone has viewed.

The Responsible Party collects user or visitor information at various times during the visit to our website:

  • Through the “Contact Form,” where you are asked to provide first and last name, contact email, finca name, phone number, location of accommodation, number of guests, vacation date, type and purpose of request, and additional information.
  • While browsing the website via cookies. Please refer to the Cookie Policy.

The Responsible Party also collects data you provide during your contact via phone or mail so that we can deliver our services, for example, to advise you as an interested party, customer, applicant, or partner, and to carry out inquiries and orders. This data is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

What Are My Personal Data Used For?

  • Data Collection Forms (e.g., Contact Form): Through forms where personal data is collected, the user receives detailed information about the processing of their data, its purposes, possible further recipients of the information, and the mandatory or optional nature of the responses to the questions or information requested by the Responsible Party upon request.

To receive an offer for a private chef service, fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in, while information in the other fields is voluntary. If the required data is not provided, the request cannot be processed.

All data provided by the user will be used to maintain the contractual relationship. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

Your data will be processed and stored for as long as necessary for the purpose (e.g., contract fulfillment or initiation) or retention period required, or until personal consent is withdrawn.

  • Cookies: From the moment the visitor accesses our website, their internet address (IP address) may be registered on our computers in the form of log files (so-called server log files). The log files are anonymous (so that they do not reveal the user’s first and last name) and are used only as log data for internal purposes such as statistics to track website access. Additionally, cookies can store and retrieve information about a user’s or their device’s browsing habits. Depending on the information they contain and the way the device is used, they can be used to recognize the user. Please refer to our Cookie Policy.
