Meet the Chef
I grew up in Parma, where the sea is replaced by the fog that helps create Prosciutto and Parmigiano. After working in the fashion industry for 7 years, I moved to London in 2009 to study and gain new experiences. However, the hectic city life led me to rediscover my true passion.
Every evening, I would escape to the peace of the kitchen to create my first dishes and show my housemates that even simple dishes require love and care. I returned to Italy to be with the person who would change my life, Rosa.

Service & Guest Experience
Born in a little village in the south of Italy, I spent my childhood on the coast of Puglia. While growing up, I learned to model orecchiette with my mother and through her, I developed a taste for the simple and genuine flavors of southern Italy.
Observing her cooking gives me passion, and she’s always been a source of inspiration for me. I later worked as a Fashion Designer, honing my attention to detail. I strive to make our service special by creating a setting that ensures an extraordinary culinary experience.

Our journey began with a desire to understand food beyond recipes. From early experiences abroad to years spent reconnecting with Italian culinary traditions, we developed a deep respect for seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and the cultural value of cooking.
In 2015, we found our home in Mallorca, where we brought together our background, values, and passion to create Natural Chef Mallorca. Today, we design private dining experiences that celebrate Mediterranean cuisine, local producers, and a refined yet personal approach to hospitality.
